7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers who purchase a paid subscription for the first time are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial payment, no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@suppper.com.

  • Only the first payment on the first subscription is eligible under the 7-day guarantee.

  • Refunds will not be issued for renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or unused time outside of the 7-day window.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once approved, refunds are processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.
