4. Which plan should I choose?
The main point is to determine how many interactions your AI agent will handle per month. On average, we consider 8-10 messages per interaction, but this may vary depending on your niche. Additionally, the number of characters for training the Brain refers to the volume of information you can input to train your AI.

6. What happens if I run out of credits?
We will notify you by email when you reach 100% of your plan usage. At that point, you can purchase extra credits at a special price to continue serving your contacts. If you don’t buy an extra credit pack, the system will be paused until your monthly plan renews, when you will receive your monthly credit allotment again. This monthly amount resets every month and does not accumulate from one month to the next. However, if you buy extra credits, those do accumulate. So if you don’t use extra credits one month, you can use them the next month if needed.
7. Can I cancel my subscription?
Plans are monthly, and you can cancel anytime. Once you subscribe to WhatsTunnel, you enter a monthly subscription. If you cancel, you will have access to WhatsTunnel until the end of your already paid subscription period. After that, you will lose access to the platform, and no further charges will be made.
8. What payment methods are available? Can I pay via PIX?
Currently, we accept:

9. Do AI agents work on WhatsApp?
Yes! Your AI agents will handle your business’s WhatsApp, providing support and even making sales.
10. Can I have more than one AI agent on the same account?

11. Do I need to wait until the end of my trial to subscribe to a paid plan?
No. You can select a plan and enter billing information at any time during the trial.
12. Is there a guarantee?
